I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, loss (divorce, death of a loved one, major change), transition, and/or isolation. We will decided on a weekly frequency that is helpful to you (1-5 times per week) and together we will explore how your mind works by discovering unconscious motivations and conflicts that may be affecting your relationship with yourself and others. I am warm and compassionate and work collaboratively. I am also direct when needed and I seek to tell the truth.
